In the early morning of July 18th, I woke up to a trickle, and when I got out of bed I felt a gush! PROM! I ran to the bathroom and then came back in the bedroom to wake up Ryan and tell him, "Something that wasn't supposed to happen, just happened!" It was 2:30 am. I called the midwife, our doula, and my mom to tell them the news. They all said, try to get some more rest. Needless to say, we didn't get anymore sleep that night. I began listening to my Hypnobabies tracks immediately, but the anticipation of baby coming had me too excited and I just couldn't get back to sleep.
Ryan went to work at 7 am, because I was not having birthing waves yet, and he wanted to get everything done that he could before taking baby leave. I tried to rest, and continued to listen to Hypnobabies tracks.
